Yoga & accupuncture were the menopause cures for me
Doing yoga and acupuncture were the 2 best things I did to successfully reduce my menopause symptoms.
I started doing them a couple of years ago and I have found that it has drastically reduced my symptoms. I would have never imagined that it would be that easy, but it really was.
If it worked for me I bet that it will work for most others, as I view myself as an average woman. Good luck to all of you out there, that have this problem as I do.
