Women and exercise often have a love-hate relationship. Everyone knows that exercise is important for a healthy lifestyle, but it can be hard to overcome bad habits such as inactivity. It’s taking that 1st step that is so important because once you do and you see how much better you feel, the 2nd step will be so much easier.

- Take the stairs instead of the escalator or elevator
- Walk the dog instead of just letting him out the back door
