Don't underestimate the importance of Laughter and laughter benefits. Nothing is more important than feeling good and being happy.
A good dose of daily laughter provides a whole host of benefits including: - Improves mental health

- Helps us connect with others
- Reduces stress and anxiety
- Keeps us young by adding joy and zest to our lives
Many people today focus mostly on negative aspects of our world – the economy, war, environmental concerns, or job loss. Laughter certainly can’t “fix” these issues but it can “fix” your relationship to these issues. Life gets so much easier when you have a positive optimistic view of the world.
What can you do to lighten up?- Make positive media choices that make you feel good (TV, radio, internet, books, movies)
- Hang out with people who laugh and just make you feel good
- Don’t be afraid to let your silly childlike personality shine
- Learn from kids and animals – they understand the importance of feeling good
- Take time to do the things that bring out your passion and joy
