Successful happy women don’t use time, or lack of time, as an excuse - EVER. You are never too old to be happy, successful and follow your dreams.

Don’t believe me? Here are just a handful of examples:

  • Sue Oldham swam the English Channel at age 61

  • Omkari Panwar gave birth to twins at 72

  • Louise Hay was 58 when You Can Heal Your Life was published

  • Katsusuke Yanagisawa climbed Mount Everest in 2007 when she was 71

  • Dara Torres won 3 Silver Olympic medals when she was 41

  • Alice Porlock of Great Britain had her first book published at 102

  • Sandra Day O’Connor was 51 when she was sworn in as the first woman Justice to sit on the Supreme Court

Why is Time Management Important?

The term time management sometimes has a negative connotation. It seems like you’re trying to manage something bad or difficult. The importance of time management is that it can provide tools to help you make peace with time and get you more organized so you can enjoy the more meaningful things in your life.
