Why is it so important to learn how to build self esteem? Did you know that if you are lacking in self esteem you are more likely to experience anxiety, depression, chronic pain, sleep disorders, eating disorders, and lack of coping skills? No matter what reason you’re telling yourself for not having the life you want – it can be traced back to your lack of self esteem.
How is low self esteem manifested in your life? - Your job sucks the life out of you but you don’t have the confidence to make a change
- You worry about not having enough money but lack the confidence to turn this around
- You often put the needs of others ahead of your own
- You don’t take care of your body - you rarely eat healthy and don’t exercise consistently
- Your relationships are dysfunctional or less than desirable.

This is really no surprise since poor self esteem impacts EVERY aspect of your life – your relationships, finances, health, and happiness. If you want to improve these things it’s essential to learn how to build self esteem. Self esteem is a deep knowing that you matter and that you are worthy just for being you. You Matter! You are Important! You matter whether you’re helping to find a cure for cancer or helping to raise a child.You matter whether you’re a famous movie star or a cashier.You matter whether you’re a brain surgeon or if you never finished high school.
