Having great support in your life is so important and is one of the key ways to be happy. Support from others can reduce stress, improve self worth and most important, help you have fun and feel good. great support There are so many inspirational roles models so when you get to those chat rooms, online communities, clubs, or even the water cooler at work where people are constantly negative and complaining – RUN.

Try to weed out the people in your life who want you to be as miserable as they are and feel threatened if you’re successful and moving on without them.

Sometimes it’s not possible to separate completely from the people who are negative or unsupportive, particularly if they’re your family. This is when it becomes especially important to find those good support systems.
