Favorite menopause solutions: A heating pad, sleep, loose clothes and a warm bath
Here are some simple things I do to help with my menopause symptoms.
Midol helps with my headaches and it makes the whole process seem to go by a lot faster. I also like to use heating pads - it makes my cramps feel a lot better.
I also take a warm bath for an hour or two which helps with insomnia and my headaches. There's a lot to be said about taking a bath for stress reduction.
I found sleep was one of the best things to do when I was having mood swings, it just made me more happier when I woke up. I also like to wear loose clothing because tight clothing just makes me uncomfortable and irritable.
