Common cures work the best for menopause symptoms

I recently started experiencing symptoms of menopause, primarily hot flashes. I live in Florida where it is already quite hot and humid, so a hot flash makes my body feel even worse.

I have found some of the more common remedies to be the most useful. I started exercising every day and have found that my hot flashes are not as frequent, although I do still have them.

I also have cut down on my intake of soda and coffee as well as any spicy foods. I have found that spicy foods increase the heat within my body and cause more and intense hot flashes.

Although these are the more common cures I have found them to work the best rather than some special cream or sleeping in a certain position. I would recommend any women who is experiencing hot flashes to simply take care of their body.
